5-packs and 10-packs are quoted individually based on your destination - freight class and rates differ at that volume. The more backers from a given country, the more we can bulk-ship, which brings the per-unit shipping cost down for everyone there.
Where backer volume supports it, orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) in bulk from our manufacturer to a local fulfillment hub - duties, taxes, and VAT/GST are calculated and folded into your shipping cost upfront, so you won't be charged anything extra by customs or your local carrier at delivery.
If a country doesn't reach enough volume to justify bulk freight, your order ships individually from our U.S. fulfillment center instead. In that case, customs duties and VAT/GST are typically collected by your local carrier or customs authority on delivery rather than prepaid in your shipping cost. We'll confirm which method applies to your country, and your exact cost, in the pledge manager before you're charged.
Each Moonbox ships in a reinforced corrugated box sized to your order - a single unit ships in a 23 x 23 x 13 in box, and a two-pack ships as two of these boxes in the same shipment.
The ranges above are estimates, not a bill. We'll begin collecting exact shipping addresses and confirming final shipping fees from international backers starting in January 2027, once batch volumes by country are known.
If your actual shipping cost comes in higher than the estimate shown here, you're able to cancel your pledge at that point with no obligation - you're never charged more than what you agree to when your final shipping fee is confirmed.

Choose Classic or Stainless, then tap the black "Pledge" button under your choice to confirm. You won't need to enter a shipping address yet - we'll follow up with all international backers in January 2027 to collect that and confirm your exact shipping cost.
